about alien stage

the world of alien stage takes place in space, years after humanity is destroyed and captured by aliens called segyein as slaves. it is typical of segyein to own humans as pets and treat them as such, and go as far to use them as entertainment (among other things). humans are often adopted as children, and just like pets, many segyein have their own preferences for appearance, abilities, and other valuable qualities.

the anakt group produced an idol survival competition show called alien stage. in alien stage, humans compete 1v1 in rounds to become the next top idol. should a human lose the round, they are immediately killed.

some segyein put immense stake in the alien stage competition to gain public favor and hold some power in society. the anakt group opened anakt garden—a specialized music school that trains children to become the next alien stage champion. you may think a school is a peaceful place, but unfortunately anakt garden is no such place.

anakt garden is more of a training facility plus human experimentation lab. the segyein aliens conduct incredibly cruel experiments on the children to create the perfect human that can compete and win the competition. these experiments are centered around vocal and dance training, altering appearance, and more. in addition, the school centers "the great anakt," a false deity to inspire the children during their enrollment.

about mizi

background

mizi is a student from the 50th anakt garden class. she is the pet human to shine, her guardian alien. unlike many of the children in anakt garden, shine treated mizi kindly and showered her with love. because she knows love, and she sings with love, she is able to stand out in the class.

during her time at the anakt garden, mizi was given lessons and treatments to become a potential alien stage champion. overall, the staff segyein reported she was a well-rounded performer with average stats.
