That's right. However, there would have to be special accommodations for them. Considering their smaller size, rooms built for humans would not suit them. Additionally, mandatory playtime must be adjusted. Otherwise, there would likely be one too many accidents. Perhaps, there would be a section enclosed just for them, although that would defeat the purpose of learning from each other and growing together.
